Returns & Refund Policy – EMS COSMETIX

At EMS COSMETIX, we prioritise hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Hygiene Policy
All EMS COSMETIX products are personal use items. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been purchased, including opened or unopened products.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@emscosmetix with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

All claims will be reviewed, and where appropriate, a replacement will be provided. We do not offer refunds.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
